Recipe: Eggless Peanut Butter Banana Bread
Ingredients:
* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
* 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 1 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
* 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set it aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
3. Add the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
4. Add the vanilla extract and milk to the bowl. Mix until smooth.
