Recipe: Banana Bread Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
* 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
* 1/2 cup (120ml) whole milk, at room temperature
* 2 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
* 1/4 cup (30g) chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
* Confectioners' sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch (23x33cm) Bundt pan, or use a non-stick Bundt pan without greasing or flouring.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the butter until creamy, about 2 minutes.
4. Add mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract; beat until well combined.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, beating until smooth.
6. If using nuts, fold them into the batter.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan, smooth the top.
8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
10. Transfer the cake to a wire rack and let cool completely.

Variations:
* Cinnamon Swirl: Remove 1/4 cup (30g) of sugar from the recipe and add 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Swirl a mixture of 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon into the batter after it's poured into the pan.
* Maple Walnut: Replace the plain granulated sugar with 1/2 cup (100g) of pure maple syrup. Add 1/4 cup (30g) of chopped walnuts to the batter.
* Pecan Praline: Add 1/4 cup (30g) of chopped pecans to the batter. Sprinkle a mixture of 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1/4 cup (30g) of chopped pecans, and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon over the top of the cake before baking.
* Chocolate Chip: Replace 1/4 cup (30g) of granulated sugar with 1/4 cup (30g) of dark chocolate chips. Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
Tips:
* Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor.
* If using nuts, fold them into the batter just before pouring the batter into the pan to prevent them from sinking to the bottom.
* Let the cake cool completely before slicing and serving. Dust with confectioners' sugar, if desired.
