* 2 large eggs

* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 1/2 cups (190g) almond flour
* 1/2 cup (60g) coconut flour
* 1/4 cup (30g) chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions:
