Tips and Variations:
* To make a chocolate keto banana bread, add 1/2 cup (60g) of unsweetened cocoa powder to the dry ingredients.
* Substitute the Stevia with 1/4 cup (50g) of granulated sugar for a non-keto version.
* Add 1/2 cup (60g) of chopped pecans or hazelnuts for a different nutty flavor.
* Use 1 ripe avocado instead of 1/4 cup of coconut oil for a creamier bread.
* Make muffins instead of a loaf by dividing the batter evenly among 6-8 muffin cups.
