* 1/2 cup (60g) cashews, chopped
* 1/2 cup (60g) shredded coconut
* 1/4 cup (30g) chopped walnuts (optional)
* 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with coconut oil or non-stick cooking spray.
