* 1/2 cup (60g) coconut flour
* 1/4 cup (30g) granulated sweetener (such as Swerve or Erythritol)
* 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
* 3 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 cup (30g) chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
