Ingredients:

* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup plain yogurt
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1/4 cup honey (optional)
* Chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
* Confectioners' sugar (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set it aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
4. Add the plain yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
