Ingredients:

* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in the mashed bananas and sour cream until well combined.
