Recipe: Banana Bread with Almond Flour and Buttermilk

Ingredients:

* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1 1/2 cups almond flour
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 2 large eggs
* 1/2 cup buttermilk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
* Confectioners' sugar, for dusting (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, and eggs. Mix well until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix until well combined.
