Recipe: Banana Bread Buckwheat Almond Flour
Ingredients:
* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1/2 cup (60g) buckwheat almond flour
* 1/4 cup (30g) granulated sugar
* 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
* 2 large eggs
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup (60g) chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
* Confectioners' sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
