Ingredients:

* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1 1/2 cups almond flour
* 1/2 cup granulated sweetener (such as Swerve or Erythritol)
* 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 3 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond flour, sweetener, and melted butter. Mix well until smooth.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Add the baking soda and salt, mixing until combined.
5. Fold in the chopped nuts, if using.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
