Ingredients:
- 8 oz somyeon (thin wheat noodles)
- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- Optional toppings: cucumber, carrot, boiled egg, kimchi, sesame seeds
Cooking Guide:
